Now, Fred Pryor Seminars and CareerTrack, divisions of PARK University Enterprises, Inc., is looking to continue this reputation by growing our On-Site Training Solutions Department. We are currently recruiting qualified candidates for the position of Training Consultant for our INSIDE Sales Group. 

As a Training Consultant, you will assist customers in solving business problems by performing an in-depth analysis, consulting on the best topic/product/service to achieve the desired results for their organization, and creating a solution that will provide 100% satisfaction for our clients.

By building a relationship with our clients, you will gain new business and increase repeat business. You will work with existing customers and prospect for new customers within a variety of industries, working with a variety of management levels.

The ideal Training Consultant will possess the following skill sets and qualifications:

• Excellent customer service and communication skills — both verbal and written
• Assertive, goal driven, and entrepreneurial spirit
• Ability to establish and maintain long-term relationships with clients
• Ability to recognize dilemmas and create agreeable solutions
• Self-motivated, energetic, and positive attitude
• College degree and/or industry experience and/or solid work history
• Moderate to advanced PC skills

This position is based at our headquarters in Overland Park, Kansas. No relocation fees are available. This is a full-time position with benefits.
